We recommend gently washing your pieces with mild dish soap, warm water and a soft brush. Rinse in clean warm water and dry the piece in a soft cloth. This is all you should need to brighten up the metal and make your diamonds sparkle.
Metal naturally develops a surface patina over time, from oxygen, perfumes and skin acidity. Do not wear jewelry where chemicals are present.
What if I don't know my ring size?
To ensure accurate ring sizing, it is best to have the ring size measured at our studio or with your local jeweller or jewellery store. We will help you as much as possible to find the correct ring size for you and your partner.
If upon receiving your ring, it doesn't fit as per your specified size, we will offer a free first ring resizing (excluding delivery). The customer is responsible for safe shipping back to us for sizing.
We work with the British sizing system which uses alphabetical letters for measuring. When ordering, please select the main category that your size falls under (XS, S, M, L or XL) and when checking out, comment of the size (alphabet letter) in the "Special Instructions" sectionso that we know the exact size of the ring you want to have made.
