MANUFACTURING AND SHIPPING POLICY

Complimentary shipping for all online orders in South Africa.

We aim to process your order within 72 hours of it being placed. Once processed, please allow for 15 working days for the manufacturing of all Shop items (online purchase).

The manufacturing lead time for Bespoke Orders (custom-designed items) can be up to 3 - 6 weeks.

Lorean Jewellery only ships orders Monday to Friday, during office hours, and does not operate on public holidays or weekends.

Once an order has been registered and payment accepted, and the order shipped, it is in the courier/postal service's care. We are not liable for any errors made by these 3rd party services.

Once you have received your parcel, please open it with care. Lorean Jewellery is not liable for any items damaged during the opening of your parcel. Any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from courier/postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.
